Self care is important through trying times, as my girls and I say to ourselves "just take a day"
The world is pretty topsy-turvy right now, because of the global panic around coronavirus (COVID-19). If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stressed by it all, be reassured that this is a very normal response. However, it’s important to go easy on yourself and to take time for self-care.
2.Take 10 to Be Zen
3.Chat with your Buddies and make sure to laugh a lot
4. Make a healthy homemade meal
5.Learn something new,
6. Watch or read something out of the ordinary, but not the news or social media
7. Declutter something small
8. Make a New favorite play list
9.Spring has Sprung/ shut that phone off and enjoy the sun for 20 min
10. Just Take A Day For YOU
